May 5, 2008 - Ubec, Inc. has been an active member of the Bay area business community since its inception in 1961 and has enjoyed a long and successful relationship with our customers. Today it is with great enthusiasm that we announce Ubec is changing its name to Officia Imaging, Inc.

Changing our name to Officia Imaging will better align our business to the evolving document management industry we serve and help us maintain the leadership position we have worked so hard to earn over the past 47 years. It also positions us for continued growth as a premier supplier of technology solutions for the entire document management process including document scanning, copying, color copying, printing, faxing, document storage and more!
