All our equipments including copiers, color copiers, printers, fax machines and multifunction printers are provided with an Officia Performance Plus Maintenance Agreement that guarantees:

Supply Inclusive Service

We include in our maintenance program all service, parts, drums, travel, and toner for the entire term. Optional Supply items such as paper and staples are not included.

Fast Service Response Time

We guarantee your business fast service response with an average response time of 4 business hours from the time a call is placed. In addition, during each service repair call, the Officia authorized technician will evaluate the current usage of each unit and proactively perform preventative maintenance as prescribed. By including preventative maintenance within our service program, Officia ensures the ongoing reliability of our equipment

95% Uptime Guarantee

All office equipment covered under our maintenance agreement is guaranteed to be operational with a quarterly uptime average of 95%. Please see your sales representative or Performance Plus agreement for details.

The Officia Performance Guarantee

Officia Imaging certifies that if your equipment is under a full service Performance Plus Maintenance contract and we are unable to repair a machine at your location we will provide a loaner of a like model while in-shop repairs are made.

If your equipment, or its accessories do not operate within manufacturer’s specifications, and if the equipment cannot be repaired to perform within specifications, Officia Imaging Inc. will replace the equipment or accessory (unit for unit) with an identical model or one with comparable features.
