Officia Imaging is committed to helping California Non-profit Organizations achieve their goals with quality document imaging solutions. We help non-profits with our non-profit copier program, which includes equipment rentals, service and supplies at special non-profit rates.

In the event that an individual or business donates technology or copier equipment to your non-profit organization, we offer an equipment evaluation and reduced parts and service fees for qualifying equipment.

Some restrictions apply. Our non-profit copier program is only offered to organizations holding a 501(c) (3) tax exemption as deemed by the Internal Revenue Service.
